An impressive renovation was carried out in Zollikofen near H\u00fcbeliweg: A 1100m\u00b2 parking garage was extensively renovated in just three months. The focus was on repairing corrosion damage and improving the insulation.<\/p>\n

  3. Mortar application: A fresh application of mortar 20 to 30 mm thick was sprayed onto the prepared ceiling soffit. This not only served as a repair, but also to protect the reinforcing bars in the future.<\/li>\n
  4. Reinforcement: Additional reinforcements in the form of slats were installed in the area of the entrance ramp. This measure increases the stability and durability of the structure.<\/li>\n
  5. New insulation: Finally, new layered insulation boards were installed to ensure optimum thermal insulation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This comprehensive refurbishment demonstrates how efficiently modern construction techniques can be used to make far-reaching improvements to existing structures in a short space of time. The combination of corrosion protection and improved insulation will not only extend the service life of the parking garage, but also increase its energy efficiency.<\/p>\n

    The quick implementation in just three months also minimized the inconvenience for the users of the parking garage and demonstrates the efficiency of the team carrying out the work.<\/p>\n
