Monobeton is a monolithically installed concrete floor that creates directly usable surfaces and replaces traditional covering layers. The floor is installed in a single step - poured ready to pump, precisely leveled, talented and smoothed. This creates durable surfaces with high quality and abrasion resistance.

Resistant concrete surface for indoor and outdoor areas with high loads

Monobeton is ideal for areas subject to heavy traffic such as parking garages, petrol stations, squares, bridges or production halls. The surface can be smoothed, taloshed or broom-finished - depending on the desired use and slip resistance. Hard aggregate can also be applied.

Homogeneous concrete flooring with reduced shrinkage tendency and high compressive strength

Mono concrete achieves high early and final compressive strength thanks to its optimized composition and reduced water addition. The uniform material structure minimizes shrinkage cracks and ensures optimum values in the compression and tension zone. Even with intensive use, the flooring remains dimensionally stable and crack-resistant.

Cost-efficient floor due to elimination of additional layers and shorter construction time

As mono concrete is poured, compacted, smoothed and sealed in a single work step, many conventional intermediate steps are no longer necessary. Bonding bridges, cement coatings or hard concrete coverings are superfluous. This saves material, time and logistics - while at the same time increasing the quality of workmanship.
