Exposed anhydrite flooring impresses with its precision, aesthetics and technical durability. For the new office building of Roth Elektro Kerzers AG, our subsidiary Prima-Sol was able to implement the high-quality, seamless exposed floor made of calcium sulphate screed C35-F7. The project has now been completed and is an example of modern construction in which architecture and craftsmanship are perfectly intertwined.

The new exposed floor covers 445 m² and was installed on underfloor heating, laid on thermal and impact sound insulation. The 1 % black pigmentation gives the surface a simple, powerful aesthetic that blends harmoniously into the architecture. Sicht Anhydrit thus creates a perfect combination of functionality, design and sustainability.
Millimeter-precise execution with the utmost care
Implementation by Prima-Sol required precision down to the millimetre, particularly due to the visible wooden walls, which could not be soiled or damaged. A total of 59 tons of screed were applied, with a result that meets the highest standards both technically and visually. Every step is a testament to experience, sensitivity and expertise.
Perfect surface by sanding and sealing
After installation, the visible anhydrite was sanded to a depth of 3-5 mm and sealed to achieve an even, robust and easy-care surface. The result is a floor that impresses with its fine structure, natural coloring and high durability, ideal for daily use in office areas.
Cooperation for sustainable quality
The project at Elektro Roth Kerzers has been successfully completed - from installation to the finishing touches. The new exposed anhydrite floor is impressive in terms of strength and appearance and blends with the visible wooden walls to create a harmonious, functional workplace.
