UHFB is a fiber-reinforced composite construction material in accordance with SIA standard 2052, which offers a virtually liquid-tight structure thanks to its high packing density. Without additional waterproofing, this efficient covering can be used as a durable prefabricated floor covering - ideal for storage areas, bridges or demanding traffic areas.

Dense, fiber-reinforced construction for the highest mechanical requirements

Thanks to fine sands, amorphous silica dust and steel fibers, UHFB achieves a homogeneous and extremely dense structure. The combination of a low water/cement ratio and high fiber reinforcement ensures outstanding compressive and tensile strength as well as excellent post-cracking resistance.

Multifunctional wear flooring without sealing layers - commendable durability

UHPFRC resists liquid, chloride or acid penetration without additional coatings and is almost impermeable to liquids - so there is no need for sealing layers. With an expected service life of at least 30 years, this contributes significantly to sustainability.
