Professional in Accounting and Pension Fund (m/f/d)

For bookkeeping and assistance in managing the insurance claims of our own company Pension fund we are looking for as of February 1, 2027 or by arrangement, a reliable and self-employed professional who enjoys a varied range of tasks.

Your tasks

• Accounting: Contribution collection, self-employed management of the creditors and financial accounting of the pension fund
• Insurance technical administration: Processing of entries and exits, mutations, and processing of payments
• Foundation Board administration: Minutes keeping at foundation board meetings
• General Administration: Support of the Managing Director in administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed business administration training with further training in the field of accounting
• Professional experience in the accounting of a pension fund and knowledge of occupational pension schemes (BVG)
• Independent, structured and meticulous work style
• Discretion and reliability
• Enjoying a versatile activity in a small, manageable environment
