Surface Protection OS 10 is a seamless, dynamic crack-bridging coating system for concrete surfaces that can be driven on. Developed for parking decks, underground garages and ramps, it provides lasting protection against moisture, de-icing salt, oil and chemical influences. Thanks to its high mechanical load-bearing capacity and crack-bridging elasticity, OS 10 is particularly suitable for crack-prone concrete components subject to heavy traffic loads.

Crack-bridging protective coating for moving concrete surfaces

A key feature of OS 10 is its ability to bridge cracks dynamically - even at low temperatures down to -20 °C (e.g. class B4.2 according to the test standard). This makes the system ideal for components subject to tension or movement, such as ramps, intermediate levels or open decks. The elastic protective layer remains intact and tight even under thermal or mechanical stress.

High load capacity for passenger and vehicle traffic

OS 10 was specifically designed for trafficable surfaces. It offers high abrasion resistance and is resistant to oil, petrol, road salt and chemical substances. At the same time, the surface is slip-resistant and easy to clean - ideal for heavily used traffic areas such as parking garages or access areas.

Seamless, visually customizable protective covering

The system is applied seamlessly and forms a seamless, closed protective layer. The color tones and surface texture can be individually adapted to the design concept - from discreet to signal strong. This allows functional safety to be combined with architectural sophistication.
