Our structural reinforcement of the parking garage in Ostermundigen uses state-of-the-art construction methods to significantly improve the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling. By integrating additional steel reinforcement at points where vertical loads from columns or walls act, the load-bearing capacity is specifically increased.
The targeted installation of tie rods (HZA-P) distributes the load evenly, minimizing the risk of breakthroughs. We also use advanced technologies such as high-pressure water jetting (HPW) to remove chloride from floor slabs and column bases. Additional corrosion protection and reprofiling with repair mortar are essential. We also strengthen the structure by using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) slats.
The result? An extremely robust and secure environment that fully meets future requirements!
