As an unlisted company, we are represented on the OTC platform, where interested investors and market participants have access to our basic information. This transparent presence enables us to ensure appropriate visibility to investors outside the stock exchange as well.
Share register
Shareholders registered on May 23, 2025 are entitled to vote. From May 24 up to and including June 15, 2025, the share register will be closed for entries. Shareholders who sell their shares during this period are no longer entitled to vote.
