Supporter Abacus (m/f/d)

Weiss+Appetito AG is an established Swiss company with various business units in the construction and services sector.

Tasks

• 1st and 2nd level support for our Abacus users
• Support and advice for departments on questions concerning Abacus.
• Processing, analysis, and tracking of support requests
• Error analysis and coordination with external partners and manufacturers
• User management and system-side support for onboarding and offboarding
• Maintenance of documentation, guides, and knowledge bases
• Support with tests, updates, and minor optimizations
• Assisting with standard evaluations and administrative tasks in an ERP environment

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Experience with Abacus support
• Good knowledge of the following Abacus modules:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Creditors
  • Accounts receivable
  • Forestry
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solving user inquiries
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
