At the heart of this ultra-modern complex is a floor covering that stands out thanks to its innovative technology. Tanarit ML2000, a synthetic resin cement mortar flooring, promises not only extreme resilience, but also great efficiency in logistics operations.
Forward-looking logistics solution
The ambitious project started in 2021 with the first phase and is expected to last until February 2025. The project is currently in the second phase, which began in early March 2024. In total, an impressive 18,500 m² of the highly specialized Tanarit ML2000 flooring will be laid by the end of the project, supplemented by 2,600 m² of tiled flooring.

Specially designed for the demanding requirements of logistics centers, this flooring is characterized by its exceptional robustness and durability. A special feature: the floor is easy to walk on after just two days, which significantly increases the efficiency of the construction process.
