Your challenge

In this versatile leadership role, you support the branch manager in the operational and strategic day-to-day business. At the same time, you take responsibility for our workshop and get involved there where your support is needed.

Your duties include:

• Professional and organizational leadership of the workshop
• Planning and coordination of the workshop team
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient workshop operation
• Consulting and support for our customers
• Creating and tracking quotes
• Organization and monitoring of repair, service and maintenance work
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
• Active participation in demanding repairs and diagnoses
• Collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
• Deputy of the Area Manager Construction Machinery & Commercial Vehicles

You have in-depth technical expertise and would like to take the next step towards leadership responsibility.

Ideally, you should bring the following:

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic, EFZ or a comparable training
• Work experience in a workshop or in a technical environment
• Further training as a diagnostic technician, workshop coordinator, or a comparable qualification – or the willingness to develop further
• First leadership experience or a desire to take on responsibility for a team
• Self-employed, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial working style
• A passion for customer contact and working with people
• Good German skills as well as oral French skills
• Good MS Office skills
